A drive is missing
Drives are kept with your account, but a new one reaches your other devices only once it has synced. If one is missing, it may not have synced yet, was never saved, or is under another account.

It has not synced yet
A drive is saved on the device you planned it on first, and reaches your account — and your other devices — when that device is online. On the device it came from, its row reads Saved on this device until then. Open the app there with a connection, or choose Sync now. Use more than one device explains.
Planning and forecast failures on Android
A drive is saved when you start planning from Explore or Drives, even if its forecast fails. Check Drives and try the forecast again. A copied draft is saved only when you plan it.
It is under another account
Drives belong to the account you planned them with. If you signed in a different way this time — Google instead of your email, say — you may be in a second account. Check Settings › Account for the email you are signed in with.
Other places to look
- It ended. Past drives fold under Show previous drives at the foot of the list.
- It was deleted. Deleting a drive removes it from every device. It cannot be brought back after the Undo message goes; plan it again.
- On the car: Android Auto shows drives saved on the phone that are still to come, or that you left within the last four hours.
